Bogotá, April 3 – Per Resolution No 064827 of April 1, 2020, the Director of ICA, Ms Deyaniera Barrero León, ordered the suspension of several procedures and deadlines, including the fees for PBR maintenance and enforcement proceedings before the Institute.
The suspension shall begin from the date of the Resolution’s entry into force and will be lifted on the next working day after the official declaration on overcoming the COVID-19 crisis is issued by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection.
