Hamburg, February 4 - CIOPORA has released a new member-exclusive publication the CIOPORA Enforcement Toolkit People's Republic of China.
The document is the first of its kind produced in the framework of the CIOPORA's Working Group (WG) on Enforcement. Compiled by Ms Alanna Rennie and Mr Andrew Sim (Baker McKenzie, Australia/China) and published by CIOPORA, it is the first compendium on the IP right enforcement tools available and relevant to plant breeders in the People's Republic of China.
CIOPORA thanks contributors for their work and hope that the CIOPORA Enforcement Toolkit China, as well as the upcoming publications by the WG on Enforcement, will become useful tools in the daily work of its members.
