Angers, May 5 - The Community Plant Variety Office (CPVO) has realesed a "Frequently Asked Questions" document to clarify the conditions of the relief measures implemented by the Office amid COVID-19 crisis for applicants and title-holders.
Specifically, the FAQs clarify the CPVO's April 27 Decision to extend time limits for proceedings before the Community Plant Variety Office (CPVO) that has entered into force on May 4, 2020. The topics addressed in FAQs include the fee payment extensions for annual and technical examination fees and related procedures, postponement of technical examinations, and priority in case of examination postponement.
