Hello to Anna, and Goodbye to Brittany!

Most of our CIOPORA Members know Anna well, having worked with her during her first tenure at CIOPORA from 2011-2015. We hope you welcome Anna back with open arms as she returns to the Communications Director position after three years of sound experience having worked on the magazine production for the publishing house RINGDREI and managing the public outreach for the International Association for the Evaluation of Educational Achievement, IEA. Anna began this week and will be the contact for all communications and CIOPORA Academy inquiries.  She can be reached via email at anna.kaehne@ciopora.org.

On a personal note, it has been an absolute pleasure working for CIOPORA for the last few years, and leaving is indeed bittersweet. Edgar, Stella, Micaela and the other interns that I have worked with have become like family, and it has been (almost always) fun coming to the office to work for a cause that I did not know existed before moving to Germany. Likewise, it has been wonderful getting to know most of you, and I will miss seeing your faces at the Annual General Meeting and CIOPORA Academy workshops. My time at CIOPORA has demonstrated to me what can be accomplished when people from all around the world join with a common goal and rely on experience and intellect to reach the objective. I will continue to cheer for the CIOPORA Community after leaving my post, and I have promised Edgar and the rest of the team that you will never fully “get rid” of me.

My next stop will be Munich where I will join Flixbus as a Senior Corporate Communications Manager. If any of you are in the area and have a free moment, please get in touch at brittposey@gmail.com.

Wishing you all my sincere best,

Brittany
