Per Resolution 86, the Argentinian PVP Office, INASE, announced a one-time extension of deadlines for the payment of annual fees as follows:
- Until July 31, 2020 for companies registered under the Registro Nacional de Comercio y Fiscalización de Semillas. The regulatory 60-days period of grace [1] is thus extended until September 30, 2020.
- Until November 28, 2020 for PBR maintenance fees under the Registro Nacional de la Propiedad de Cultivares corresponding to 2020.

[1] Should a company not be able to comply with its financial obligations before this date, the INASE shall grant a 60-days period of grace.
