It is with heavy hearts that we must wish goodbye to another industry leader, Herman Hamer, Shareholder and Advisor to the Board of Florensis and President of the Fleuroselect Board. Herman passed away at home on November 12 at the age of 60. His kindness, ingenuity and commitment to the ornamental industry will be greatly missed.
The funeral for Herman will take place on Friday, November 17, at 12:30 at the Bethel Church in Zwijndrecht, The Netherlands. A gathering will be held at Florensis following the funeral, from 14:30-18:00 (Address: Langeweg 79 in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht).
As parking facilities near the church are limited, cars may be parked at Florensis and a shuttle bus service is offered on reservation only. Please let us know if you wish to use this service and we will inform Florensis. On the evening of Thursday, November 27, there is an additional opportunity to offer condolences to the family from 18:30 hrs to 21:30, also at Florensis.
