September 13 - EUIPO has released an IPR enforcement case-law collection on the liability and obligations of online intermediaries.
Underlying that in the online environment IPR infringement may be facilitated by the use of services of intermediary service providers, the collection aims to shed light on the most recent court practice in determining the liability of such intermediaries.
The collection contains an array of relevant decisions of the CJEU and national courts, issued between 2016 and the beginning of 2019.
